Job Overview
Fircroft is hiring a Field Engineer (Cloud Data Center Infrastructure) to support enterprise cloud data center and IT infrastructure operations in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting critical data center environments, including server infrastructure, networking hardware, storage systems, and on-site technical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and infrastructure.
- Support server, storage, and network hardware deployment.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with daily cloud data center operations.
- Install and manage structured cabling and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Support IT infrastructure projects and operational activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams.
- Follow industry best practices and organizational standards for infrastructure management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure support.
- Telecom industry experience is preferred.
