Job Overview

A leading Government Entity (Payroll on Alpha Data) is seeking an experienced Oracle Forms & PL/SQL Developer to join its technology team in the United Arab Emirates. This onsite opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle application development, Oracle Database technologies, and enterprise application support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Forms applications while supporting Oracle Database environments and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms and PL/SQL.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
  • Develop, maintain, and support Oracle Reports.
  • Deploy and manage Oracle Forms applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Perform SQL tuning, database optimization, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Support Oracle Database administration activities, including performance monitoring and backup tasks.
  • Integrate Oracle applications with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application and database-related issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Forms and PL/SQL Development.
