Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Manager – Product & Industry (Healthcare) to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives across the healthcare domain. This opportunity is ideal for senior Product Management professionals with expertise in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Health-Tech and a strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for healthcare technology solutions.
• Drive enterprise-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and healthcare domain experts.
• Define and manage product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support specialty pharmacy workflows, including Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Investigation (BI), REMS, and Adherence programs.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative product solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide leadership across product, engineering, and business teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.

Experience

• 12+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Health-Tech.
• Strong understanding of enterprise healthcare technology platforms.
