Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, and support implementation activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules according to business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and related project documentation.
• Support Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Participate in Cutover planning, Go-Live activities, and Hypercare support.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout implementation phases.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Sourcing
  • Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
  • Supplier Management
  • Supplier Qualification Management (SQM)
  • Procurement Contracts
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
