Key Responsibilities

• Perform FRP and GRP composite lamination work according to project specifications.
• Prepare and apply fiberglass, composite materials, and resin systems.
• Manufacture and repair composite components used in marine applications.
• Ensure proper handling and application of lamination materials.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures throughout production activities.
• Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality finishing standards.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in FRP/GRP composite lamination.
• Practical experience in:
  • Shipbuilding
  • Fiberglass manufacturing
  • Composite manufacturing
  • Resin systems
• Shipyard experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of composite fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a production environment while following safety and quality standards.

SAR 1,900–2,200 per month
