Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM S/4HANA Cloud Specialist to join a dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), procurement, inventory management, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise procurement and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Materials Management processes using SAP MM in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and vendor management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and improve SAP MM system performance and user experience.
• Configure and support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) business processes.
• Manage Stock Transport Orders (STO) for inter-plant procurement.
• Support Consignment, Subcontracting, and Third-Party procurement processes.
• Handle SAP enhancements including User Exits, BADIs, and related custom developments.
• Maintain and manage Material Master, Vendor Master, Service Master, Info Records, Quota Arrangements, and Source Lists.
• Understand and support IDoc integration processes and data flow.
• Conduct user training sessions and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–11 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud procurement and inventory processes.
• Expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of MTO and MTS scenarios.
• Experience with Stock Transport Orders (STO).
• Hands-on experience with Consignment and Subcontracting processes.
• Strong understanding of Third-Party Procurement processes.
• Working knowledge of IDoc structures and integration concepts.
• Experience with User Exits, BADIs, and SAP enhancements.
• Thorough understanding of SAP Master Data including:

  • Vendor Master
  • Service Master
  • Info Records
  • Quota Arrangement
  • Source List
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct end-user training and communicate effectively with business users.
