Job Overview

AMK Technology is hiring an experienced .NET Application Developer for a contract opportunity with its client in Malaysia. This position is open to candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate and contribute to enterprise software development projects using modern Microsoft technologies.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain scalable backend applications, design RESTful APIs, optimize database solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Design, develop, and enhance ASP.NET Core/MVC applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs.
• Perform system analysis, data gap analysis, and prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Entity Framework, LINQ, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Integrate enterprise applications with IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ).
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, bug fixing, and pre-SIT support.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support frontend development activities using React JS when required.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and code quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core/MVC and RESTful Web API development.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience integrating applications using IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ).
• Basic knowledge of React JS.
• Experience in system analysis, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and pre-SIT support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
