Job Overview

Choice Solutions is hiring an experienced System Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in Chakan, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available IT infrastructure supporting business-critical operations.

As a System Administrator, you will manage VMware virtualization platforms, Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, storage infrastructure, and enterprise system administration tools. You will also contribute to infrastructure optimization, patch management, and system performance while ensuring business continuity in a 24×7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise system administration.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory Services (ADS), DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Perform PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
• Execute server patch management and software deployment using SCCM.
• Monitor and manage server and storage hardware infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• Administer Citrix infrastructure and related enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, storage, and virtualization issues.
• Ensure system availability, security, backup, and operational reliability.
• Participate in a 24×7 rotational support schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in System Administration.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
