Job Overview

TEAMPRO HR & IT Services is hiring an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer for a leading construction client in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for civil engineering professionals with hands-on expertise in site execution, quality assurance, construction supervision, and reinforced concrete works across major infrastructure and building projects.

The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to engineering specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Manage foundation construction, precast installation, and cast-in-situ concrete works.
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review site progress and prepare technical reports.
• Inspect completed work and resolve construction-related issues.
• Monitor material usage and support project planning activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
