Key Responsibilities

MEP Project Manager

• Lead MEP fit-out projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Mechanical Engineer

• Execute and supervise mechanical engineering works for fit-out projects.
• Coordinate installations, inspections, and project execution.
• Prepare technical reports and resolve engineering issues.

MEP Estimation Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Analyze tender documents and technical specifications.
• Support bidding activities and commercial evaluations.

MEP Procurement Engineer

• Manage procurement activities for MEP materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget requirements.

Mechanical Draftsman

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings.
• Revise engineering drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (as applicable to the position).
• MEP Project Manager: Proven experience managing MEP fit-out projects.
• Mechanical Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP fit-out projects.
• Relevant experience in estimation, procurement, or drafting for the respective positions.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and fit-out project execution.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and other relevant design or estimation tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant engineering certifications and professional training are considered an advantage.
