Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop support services to end users.
• Respond promptly to assigned dispatch and on-call support tickets.
• Travel to customer locations to resolve reported IT issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support operating systems, productivity applications, and user accounts.
• Document service activities and update support tickets accurately.
• Deliver professional customer service during on-site support visits.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
• Follow company procedures and technical support best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Previous desktop support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
