Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructure solutions using F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, and VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Lead Level 3 troubleshooting for complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VLAN, VRRP, and HSRP protocols.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, patching, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Administer Linux environments including CentOS and Red Hat.
• Manage VMware virtualization infrastructure and ensure system availability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with network engineers and cross-functional teams to support daily operations.
• Support infrastructure planning, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and operational performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems and network environments.
• Extensive Level 3 infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
