Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete software testing lifecycle across multiple Oracle Cloud releases and workstreams.
• Develop, implement, and govern enterprise testing strategies, integrated test plans, and execution frameworks.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Operational Acceptance Testing, Payroll Reconciliation Testing, and Oracle Quarterly Release Testing.
• Coordinate testing activities with business teams, IT departments, Oracle implementation partners, application teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive test readiness, environment management, test data preparation, defect management, reporting, and release sign-offs.
• Establish testing governance, quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and executive-level reporting.
• Support risk-based testing strategies, test automation initiatives, and release readiness decisions.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
• Promote testing best practices and continuous process improvement across the Oracle Cloud program.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance leadership.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-level testing governance across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including:
  • Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle Procurement
  • Oracle SCM
  • Oracle Payroll
  • Oracle EPM
  • Oracle Retail
  • Oracle WMS / OTM
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS Integrations
• Experience with enterprise test management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or similar test automation solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software testing methodologies, governance models, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience managing defect tracking, reporting, test environments, and release management activities.

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is preferred.
• Additional QA automation or project management certifications are beneficial.
