Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead enterprise architecture initiatives across HR, Finance, and Procurement systems while supporting Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures.
• Lead solution architecture for Oracle HR, Finance, and Procurement modules.
• Drive Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives.
• Design enterprise integrations using APIs, microservices, and cloud integration technologies.
• Integrate ERP platforms with Big Data and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Ensure enterprise architecture aligns with security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Recommend best practices for Oracle application architecture and cloud transformation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5–7 years of relevant Oracle Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle HR, Finance, and Procurement modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise solution architecture and systems integration.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud integration technologies.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with Big Data platforms.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
