Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to join a growing technology team in Stockholm, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Genesys Cloud solutions while supporting enterprise contact center operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Genesys Architect Voice and Digital Flows.
• Configure WebRTC, Voice In-Queue, Digital In-Queue, and call routing solutions.
• Build custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Genesys Cloud SDKs.
• Configure and manage Genesys Cloud Outbound Campaigns.
• Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud reporting and dashboards.
• Perform Genesys Cloud Organization onboarding and platform configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable contact center solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Genesys Cloud applications and integrations.
• Follow best practices for system performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Hands-on expertise in Architect Flows, WebRTC, Call Routing, and Voice/Digital Flows.
• Experience working with Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of Outbound Campaigns and Genesys Cloud Reporting.
• Experience onboarding and configuring new Genesys Cloud Organizations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java or Python.
• Genesys Cloud CX Developer or Professional Certification.
• Experience working in enterprise contact center environments.
