Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models.
• Lead advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization initiatives.
• Build scalable AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
• Develop predictive models for business decision-making.
• Work with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and Snowflake platforms.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Perform time series forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical leadership.
• Communicate analytical findings through effective data storytelling and reporting.
• Support dashboard development and business insights using Power BI when required.
• Ensure high standards of model performance, scalability, and governance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Strong expertise in Python, including Pandas and Scikit-learn.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
• Experience with Time Series Forecasting.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and production model deployment.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Candidates must currently be based in Australia.
