We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Oracle EBS) to support enterprise technology solutions at a client site in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on developing, customizing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions across Finance and Supply Chain Management environments.

The successful candidate will work extensively with Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, RICE components, customizations, and enterprise integrations. The position also requires practical experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Financials and Procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and extend Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 solutions.
• Design and maintain Oracle EBS technical components and customizations.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL and SQL solutions.
• Work with RICE components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Create and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Work with Oracle Workflow functionality.
• Support integrations between Oracle EBS and external enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Support Oracle Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM.
• Support Oracle Procurement modules, including PO and iProcurement.
• Perform performance tuning and technical optimization.
• Work with Unix/Linux shell scripting for enterprise application support and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and application issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
• Analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
• Practical experience with RICE components.
• Experience developing Oracle EBS customizations and extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
• Knowledge of Oracle Procurement modules, including:
  • Purchase Order (PO)
  • iProcurement
• Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Unix/Linux shell scripting experience.
• Experience with application and database performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
