Job Overview
A large-scale Oil & Gas EPC construction project in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced professionals across construction management, planning, HSE, quality control, engineering, inspection, contracts, quantity surveying, and project interface management. The positions are site-based across Shah, Qusahwira, and Mender in Abu Dhabi.
Candidates must have strong experience in large-scale EPC project execution, particularly within ADNOC-related projects. ADNOC approval is mandatory for all listed positions. Key Responsibilities
Construction Management
- Manage and coordinate large-scale EPC construction activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary construction teams and site execution activities.
- Coordinate project execution with engineering, planning, HSE, quality, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure project requirements are achieved.
Planning & Project Controls
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Coordinate planning activities with construction and engineering teams.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and project performance.
HSE
- Lead and coordinate health, safety, and environmental activities across project sites.
- Implement HSE procedures and project safety requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
- Support incident prevention, reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
- Promote compliance with applicable project and ADNOC HSE requirements.
Quality Control & Inspection
- Manage and coordinate project quality control activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved specifications and procedures.
- Support quality documentation, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate civil, piping, welding, and other specialist inspection activities.
Engineering & Technical
- Provide engineering support for project execution.
- Coordinate technical activities between engineering, construction, inspection, and project teams.
- Support mechanical, civil, piping, welding, and interface engineering requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and support project execution.
Quantity Surveying & Contracts
- Manage quantity surveying activities for mechanical and civil works.
- Support measurement, cost control, and commercial documentation.
- Manage contract-related activities and project commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
Interface Management
- Coordinate interfaces between project disciplines, contractors, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage technical and execution interfaces.
- Ensure effective communication and resolution of interface issues.
- Support smooth integration of multidisciplinary project activities.
