A leading organization is seeking experienced technical professionals for a Cement Industry Project in Qatar. The available positions include Electrician, Instrument Technician, HVAC Technician, Millwright Technician, Fitter / Mechanical Technician, and Fabricator, with multiple vacancies available across the project.

The selected professionals will support industrial project operations through electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, fabrication, fitting, and equipment-related activities. Candidates with relevant cement industry experience are required for all positions except the HVAC Technician role.

Key Responsibilities

Electrician – 4 Positions

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Support preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Follow applicable electrical safety procedures and project standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.

Instrument Technician – 4 Positions

• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems.
• Perform testing and calibration of industrial instruments.
• Support preventive and corrective instrumentation maintenance.
• Identify and resolve instrumentation faults.
• Follow project safety and technical procedures.

HVAC Technician – 2 Positions

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Maintain appropriate maintenance records.

Millwright Technician – 2 Positions

• Perform mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial machinery and rotating equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support equipment alignment and mechanical reliability activities.
• Follow industrial safety and maintenance procedures.

Fitter / Mechanical Technician – 7 Positions

• Perform mechanical fitting, installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Inspect and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Support equipment assembly and maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Follow technical specifications and workplace safety requirements.

Fabricator – 2 Positions

• Perform fabrication activities for industrial project requirements.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Carry out cutting, fitting, welding preparation, and fabrication activities as required.
• Ensure fabricated components meet project quality requirements.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures during fabrication work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience for the applied position.
• Proven experience in the relevant technical discipline.
• Cement Industry experience is mandatory for all positions except HVAC Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the applied role.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a project and maintenance team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
