Danway Saudi Arabia Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to support and oversee quality compliance for Saudi Energy Company (SE) substation civil construction and commissioning projects across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor civil QA/QC activities for substation construction and commissioning projects.
• Ensure civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review and implement approved Method Statements for civil works.
• Coordinate Material Approvals and ensure materials comply with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections of concrete, reinforcement, structural elements, and finishing works.
• Monitor civil foundation and structural concrete activities.
• Support quality control of substation-related civil construction works.
• Identify, document, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients, consultants, and Saudi Energy representatives.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Monitor compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Support project teams in resolving quality-related technical issues.
• Participate in quality meetings, inspections, audits, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Provide quality-related guidance to construction and engineering teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction quality management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Energy substation or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in civil QA/QC within construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Saudi Energy approval as a Civil QC Engineer is preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and Saudi Energy representatives.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards and QA/QC protocols.
• Solid understanding of civil works, foundations, structural concrete, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of substation-related civil construction activities.
• Hands-on experience with ITPs and Method Statements.
• Experience with Material Approvals.
• Practical experience conducting concrete and steel inspections.
• Experience managing NCRs and related civil quality procedures.
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
