Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to contribute to major infrastructure and power-related projects in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate civil construction activities for infrastructure and power projects.
• Support civil works associated with electrical power stations and substations.
• Supervise and monitor site execution activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate construction activities with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and construction procedures.
• Support implementation of HSE requirements across project activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
• Monitor the quality and progress of civil construction works.
• Prepare and maintain relevant site reports, technical records, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input when required.
• Support project teams in achieving schedule and construction targets.
• Assist with resolving coordination issues between civil and electrical infrastructure works.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders throughout project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience working on electrical power stations, substations, and related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, site execution, construction activities, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, quality standards, and construction procedures.
• Experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred, particularly experience with major power and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
