The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume financial transactions and accounting operations, including the processing of approximately 400 invoices per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process approximately 400 invoices per day accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Handle financial transactions associated with floral industry operations.
• Reconcile transactions across Shopify, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate records using Zoho Books.
• Use Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and data management.
• Monitor invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and accounting records.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external platforms regarding financial transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous accounting experience in the floral industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to handle approximately 400 invoices per day.
• Experience with Shopify, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, Amazon, or similar e-commerce and delivery platforms.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month plus benefits.
