Job Overview

An executive-level opportunity is available for a Director of Digital Identity & Access in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will lead enterprise identity and access management, privileged access, identity governance, and authentication initiatives supporting secure digital transformation across the organization.

The successful candidate will develop the enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, lead Zero Trust identity initiatives, strengthen privileged access controls, modernize authentication and authorization platforms, and establish effective identity governance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy.
• Establish identity and access governance frameworks across enterprise systems.
• Lead Zero Trust identity and access initiatives.
• Strengthen privileged access management and controls.
• Modernize authentication and authorization platforms.
• Develop secure and scalable identity architectures.
• Establish and maintain identity lifecycle management processes.
• Improve access controls, authentication security, and authorization mechanisms.
• Drive identity governance across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
• Monitor IAM risks, control effectiveness, and compliance requirements.
• Support secure digital transformation initiatives through modern identity capabilities.
• Lead and develop identity and access management teams and capabilities.
• Establish continuous improvement programs for enterprise identity security.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive senior-level experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or information security.
• Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise IAM strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience implementing Zero Trust identity and security principles.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies.
• Experience modernizing enterprise identity platforms and access controls.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, CCSP, or vendor-specific IAM/PAM certifications are advantageous.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: SAR 450,000–680,000 + Bonus
