Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in digital transformation, healthcare technology, digital health, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare technology implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of digital health platforms and connected care technologies.
• Experience driving AI and analytics adoption within healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of patient and clinician digital experience.
• Experience managing strategic technology and healthcare partnerships.
• Strong program leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends, data, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Relevant certifications in digital transformation, healthcare IT, project/program management, data analytics, or related disciplines are advantageous.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 450,000–700,000 + Bonus
