Job Overview

CADD Emirates is seeking Junior and Senior Electrical BIM Modelers to join its team in the UAE. The positions are suitable for professionals with practical experience in Revit MEP, Electrical BIM Modeling, BIM coordination, and the preparation of technical models and shop drawings.

The successful candidates will contribute to electrical BIM modeling and coordination activities, supporting the development of accurate project models and technical documentation. UAE project experience is preferred for Senior Electrical BIM Modelers, while candidates must currently be available in the UAE.

Open Positions

Junior Electrical BIM Modeler

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Electrical BIM Modeling.

Senior Electrical BIM Modeler

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Electrical BIM Modeling and coordination.
• UAE project experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare and maintain electrical BIM models according to project requirements.
• Support BIM coordination with other MEP and construction disciplines.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings and related technical documentation.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination requirements.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues within electrical models.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, BIM teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Apply BIM standards and project-specific modeling requirements.
• Maintain model accuracy throughout project development.
• Support project teams in delivering coordinated BIM models and documentation.
• Assist with technical updates and revisions based on project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, BIM, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Junior candidates: 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior candidates: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and BIM coordination.
• Practical experience preparing BIM models and electrical shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• UAE project experience is preferred for Senior Electrical BIM Modelers.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Availability to join immediately or within one week is required.
