Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a professional team in Dubai, specializing in interior fit-out and joinery projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assess project requirements.
• Manage project cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and changes to project scope.
• Support contract administration and commercial management activities.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with tender evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
• Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and commercial requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Interior Fit-out and Joinery industry.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Proven experience in project cost control and budgeting.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Strong understanding of project variations and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
