Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate mechanical or electrical BIM models.
• Prepare 3D models and engineering-related BIM deliverables according to project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and communicate coordination issues or clashes.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Maintain organized BIM documentation and model information.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators, designers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure assigned BIM deliverables are completed within project timelines and quality requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.
• Proven professional experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler or Electrical BIM Modeler.
• Practical experience in BIM and 3D modeling environments.
• Strong understanding of relevant mechanical or electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
