Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React JS Developer to join a technology team supporting digital banking and financial technology solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role involves frontend architecture, API and WebSocket integration, micro frontend development, testing, performance optimization, production support, and technical collaboration with DevOps and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React JS applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with Java Spring Boot teams on APIs and Backend-for-Frontend integrations.
• Deliver end-to-end frontend features while maintaining high code quality.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, MQ systems, and third-party services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React JS development experience in production environments.
• Strong expertise in React, including:
  • Hooks
  • Context
  • Redux or Zustand
  • Lazy loading
  • Code splitting
• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript ES6+
  • TypeScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
• Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios or Fetch.
• Experience with WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and architecture.
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture, including Module Federation or single-spa.
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot, microservices, and BFF patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven experience in banking, fintech, or digital payment platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kony Visualizer or React Native.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SAMA, or relevant banking security standards.
• Exposure to IBM MQ and enterprise integration patterns.
