Available Positions

• Strong shopdrawing experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural or engineering shopdrawings.
• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM requirements across construction projects.
• Support technical design and construction documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform quantity surveying and quantity-related activities for electrical works where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

General Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, depending on the position.
• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong practical experience using Revit and BIM.
• Strong technical drawing and documentation skills.
• Good communication and multidisciplinary coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Position-Specific Experience

• Junior Architecture Engineer: 2+ years, with shopdrawing experience.
• Senior Electrical Engineer: 10+ years, with shopdrawing experience.
• QS Engineer: 10+ years, with an electrical engineering background.
• BIM Coordinator: 5–7 years, with an MEP background and Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
