The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, verification of salaries and deductions, payroll reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with HR and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Verify salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other payroll transactions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data.
  • Ensure employee information is correctly maintained in HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Support compliance with Saudi payroll regulations and GOSI requirements.
  • Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before final processing.
  • Coordinate payroll adjustments with HR and Finance teams.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and compensation information.
  • Support improvements to payroll processes, controls, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant payroll processing experience.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi payroll regulations and GOSI requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Practical experience with HRIS and/or ERP systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of payroll data and reconciliation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under strict payroll deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
