Job Overview

A government entity in Riyadh is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist / IAM Engineer for a contractual position. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management, with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), application integration, role-based access control, and user lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting identity governance and access management processes, including system and application integrations with SailPoint, RBAC implementation, role and permission management, connectors, APIs, and Joiner, Mover & Leaver processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) for Identity and Access Management requirements.
• Integrate systems and applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access policies.
• Configure and work with connectors and APIs.
• Support Joiner, Mover & Leaver processes.
• Manage user lifecycle processes across enterprise applications.
• Support identity governance and access management activities.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on IAM requirements.
• Help maintain secure and appropriate access to systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot IAM integration and access-related issues as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience integrating systems and applications with SailPoint.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and role and permission management.
• Experience working with connectors and APIs.
• Practical experience with Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
• Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
