Job Overview

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to support cybersecurity operations and security engineering activities in Dubai. The role is suited to senior cybersecurity professionals with extensive experience in security operations, network security, system hardening, security monitoring, incident response, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.

The successful candidate will contribute to enterprise security initiatives involving technologies and practices such as CyberArk PAM, IBM IAM, DLP, Network Security, Linux/Unix, SIEM/SOC, Incident Response, ISO 27001, Risk Assessment, and Vulnerability Management. The position requires the ability to work independently and lead security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and troubleshoot network security solutions.
• Perform Linux/Unix administration and system hardening.
• Monitor security environments and support incident handling.
• Work with enterprise security tools and security technology stacks.
• Support cybersecurity operations and security engineering activities.
• Conduct security risk assessments.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
• Analyze network traffic and common TCP/IP protocols.
• Support vulnerability management activities.
• Contribute to security monitoring and SOC operations.
• Assist with incident response and investigation activities.
• Support identity and access management and privileged access management initiatives.
• Work with data loss prevention security controls where required.
• Operate independently while leading assigned security initiatives.
• Identify security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Network security implementation and troubleshooting
  • Linux/Unix administration and system hardening
  • Security monitoring and incident handling
  • Enterprise security tools
• Experience with CyberArk PAM is advantageous.
• Experience with IBM IAM is advantageous.
• Experience with DLP solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC environments is advantageous.
• Experience in incident response is advantageous.
• Experience conducting risk assessments.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
• Experience with vulnerability management.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and lead cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
