Job Overview
DAR is seeking an organized and dependable HR Assistant to join its team in Dubai. The role is suitable for an HR professional with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including essential UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and standard employment procedures.
The successful candidate will support a broad range of HR administration activities, including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave management, visa coordination, medical insurance, and employee offboarding. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, document control, and follow-up skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, trackers, and databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave, probation periods, and document expiry dates.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, medical, Emirates ID, and cancellation processes with the PRO.
- Process medical insurance additions, deletions, amendments, and employee enquiries.
- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, memos, and other HR correspondence.
- Support resignation, termination, clearance, and employee offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-interview forms, and pre-employment documentation.
- Follow up with employees and departments regarding pending HR requirements.
- Ensure employee information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR information.
- Support HR administration in accordance with UAE Labour Law and internal procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous UAE HR experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.
- Experience with HR systems, employee records, attendance, leave, and visa coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and document-control skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
