A civil construction company in Oman is hiring experienced MEP Project Managers and MEP Project Engineers for its MEP Division. These positions offer opportunities for qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineering professionals with strong experience in building construction projects and GCC-based MEP operations.

The MEP Project Manager role is suited to professionals with 10–15 years of experience, while the MEP Project Engineer position requires 5–8 years of relevant experience. GCC experience in the building construction industry within the MEP Division is mandatory for both positions.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Project Manager

• Manage and coordinate MEP activities across building construction projects.
• Lead project execution within the MEP Division.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical engineering activities with project teams.
• Monitor project progress, technical requirements, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure MEP works are delivered according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Support effective project planning, execution, and completion.

MEP Project Engineer

• Support the execution and coordination of MEP works on building construction projects.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical engineering activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work progresses according to project requirements.
• Assist with technical coordination and project documentation.
• Support project managers in the successful delivery of MEP works.

Requirements & Qualifications

MEP Project Manager

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory GCC experience.
• Experience in the building construction industry.
• Strong MEP Division experience.
• Strong project coordination and management capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

MEP Project Engineer

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory GCC experience.
• Experience in the building construction industry.
• Relevant MEP Division experience.
• Strong technical and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

MEP Project Manager

Salary: OMR 1,100–1,400

MEP Project Engineer

Salary: OMR 750–850
