An opportunity is available for an experienced Aftersales Manager in Oman within the Automotive and Commercial Vehicles sector. The successful candidate will oversee commercial vehicle aftersales operations, workshop management, fleet maintenance, spare parts and warehouse operations, warranty management, technical support, and P&L ownership. Strong managerial experience, business communication skills, and a thorough understanding of commercial vehicle service operations are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial vehicle aftersales operations.
• Oversee workshop setup, operations, productivity, and performance.
• Manage commercial vehicle service and repair activities.
• Develop and maintain effective fleet maintenance programs.
• Manage spare parts and warehouse operations.
• Oversee warranty claims, processes, and compliance.
• Provide technical support to service and workshop teams.
• Monitor customer service and aftersales performance.
• Manage operational budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Drive service revenue, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Establish and monitor aftersales KPIs and performance targets.
• Lead, develop, and manage aftersales teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, technical standards, and safety requirements.
• Develop strategies to strengthen commercial vehicle aftersales performance across the market.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Vehicle Aftersales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Aftersales Managerial role.
• Minimum 5 years of Middle East/GCC market experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in:
  • Workshop setup and management
  • Commercial vehicle service operations
  • Fleet maintenance
  • Spare parts operations
  • Warehouse management
  • Warranty management
  • Technical support
  • P&L ownership
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent commercial and operational understanding.

• Fluent English and Arabic required.
