Job Overview

A 12-month contract opportunity is available for a GenAI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI in New York City. The role is focused on designing and developing production-grade Generative AI applications using large language models, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills, hands-on experience with Claude/Anthropic or comparable LLM platforms, and expertise in multi-step reasoning, tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. Experience working with AWS or Azure and enterprise AI governance, audit, and compliance requirements is highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build and implement Agentic AI workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
• Develop multi-step reasoning and tool-use workflows.

• Integrate LLM APIs and supporting AI frameworks.
• Work with Claude/Anthropic and comparable LLM platforms.
• Develop Python-based AI solutions and services.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Requirements

• Strong Python programming experience.
