Requirements & Qualifications

Senior Project Controls Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls leadership experience.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is highly advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PSP, CCP, PMP, or RMP are strongly preferred.
• Advanced Primavera P6, Safran Risk, Prism G2, and Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contractual negotiation skills.

MEP Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of professional quantity surveying experience.
• Strong MEP installation experience in high-rise, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.
• Knowledge of POMI, NRM, and FIDIC.
• Proficiency in cost management software and advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Strong commercial negotiation, contractual, and problem-solving skills.

CSA Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Civil engineering and building construction experience.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural and architectural construction methodologies.
• Experience with quantity take-off tools and measurement standards.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.

Project Planner / Scheduler
