Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision environments.
• Manage NAV users, roles, databases, and system environments.
• Develop and modify NAV Tables, Pages, Codeunits, and Reports.
• Work with LS Retail, POS, Scheduler Jobs, and Data Director.
• Configure and support retail stores, inventory, warehouse, sales, and purchasing processes.
• Manage General Ledger, posting groups, costing, and financial closing activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics NAV and POS-related issues.
• Resolve Head Office-to-POS data synchronization issues.
• Install and configure NAV, SQL Server, Data Director, and POS databases.
• Support integrations with Oracle, Semnox, and FileNet.
• Perform ERP administration and system configuration activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve application and integration issues.
• Support continuous improvement of NAV and retail technology environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• B.Tech degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision administration and development.
