Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions covering Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.
• Build automation solutions that improve employee and business user experiences.
• Develop custom dashboards and reports for management and business units.
• Design and develop complex scoped enterprise applications using App Engine Studio.
• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Establish and maintain ServiceNow technical standards and development best practices.
• Manage Update Sets and participate in technical code reviews.
• Monitor and support platform health, performance, scalability, and upgradability.
• Architect complex bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and MID Servers.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Work with Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Service Portal Widgets.
• Lead and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical activities across cross-functional projects.
• Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform and ITSM processes.
• Strong expertise in low-code and pro-code application development using App Engine.
• Advanced hands-on experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • Glide API
  • Script Includes
  • Business Rules
  • UI Actions
  • Service Portal Widgets
• Strong experience with:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Webhooks
  • MID Servers
  • Enterprise integrations
• Experience with technical governance, code reviews, Update Set management, and platform performance.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
