Job Overview

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager to lead estimation and tendering activities for large-scale and mega construction and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for a senior professional with extensive experience in project estimation, commercial analysis, bid preparation, and tender management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading bids, evaluating project costs, coordinating tendering activities, and supporting commercially competitive proposals. Strong GCC/KSA project experience is required, with advanced proficiency in Candy CCS considered mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimation and tendering activities for large-scale and mega construction projects.
• Manage bids from initial review through tender submission.
• Prepare and review detailed project cost estimates.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Develop competitive and commercially viable tender proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, and project teams during the bidding process.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct cost comparisons and support commercial evaluations.
• Identify project risks, cost considerations, and potential optimization opportunities.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain estimation and tendering documentation and records.
• Support management with commercial and bidding recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in estimation and tendering.
• Proven experience with GCC/KSA construction and fit-out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Advanced Candy CCS proficiency – mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong understanding of construction and fit-out estimation processes.
• Experience handling large-scale and mega-project tenders.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and cost-management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
