Job Overview

A leading company in the fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, events, and exhibitions industry is seeking an experienced Production & Operations Manager to lead large-scale production activities and end-to-end operational delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across production, procurement, logistics, stores, installation, planning, HSE, and QA/QC. The successful candidate will manage multiple complex projects, large teams, demanding schedules, and high-volume production environments while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional with significant events and exhibitions experience and a strong background in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for large-scale fit-out, joinery, furniture, events, and exhibition projects.
• Manage production planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Oversee production activities involving joinery, furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, and architectural/thematic structures.
• Lead and coordinate Procurement, Logistics, Stores, Installation, Planning, HSE, and QA/QC functions.
• Manage large production and project teams while establishing clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Coordinate factory production through final site installation and project completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within demanding deadlines and required quality standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources according to business and project requirements.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance indicators.
• Leverage ERP systems and technology to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain strong coordination between production, procurement, logistics, installation, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Provide leadership, accountability, and strategic direction across operational functions.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 8–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Production/Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Extensive experience in events and exhibitions, including large-scale and mass-production projects.
• Strong industry experience across:
  • Fit-out
  • Joinery
  • Furniture manufacturing
  • Metal fabrication
  • Architectural structures
  • Thematic structures
• Proven leadership experience across Production, Procurement, Logistics, Stores, Installation, Planning, HSE, and QA/QC.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and large teams.
• Strong ERP and technology capabilities.

• Strong planning and process-improvement capabilities.
