Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of an international trading platform within the FinTech, trading, and wealth management sector. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of professional software development experience and strong expertise across modern frontend, mobile, backend, cloud, and distributed systems technologies.

The role involves building high-performance web trading applications, React Native micro-applications, Java/Spring Boot microservices, and integrations with third-party trading APIs. The successful candidate will work across the full technology stack, including AWS cloud infrastructure, event-driven architecture, databases, container deployment, CI/CD, API security, and production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain React-based web trading applications.
• Develop React Native micro-applications integrated with mobile banking channels.
• Implement React Hooks, Context API, and modern state-management solutions.
• Develop backend microservices using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Design and implement REST APIs and WebSocket-based services.
• Integrate third-party trading APIs for:
  • Order placement
  • Market data
  • Funding services
  • Account services
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
• Design and optimize AWS-based application deployments using services such as EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, KMS, and CloudWatch.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement secure authentication and API access using OAuth, API Keys, AWS Secrets Manager, and KMS.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Build and manage Docker-based container deployments.
• Monitor production systems using AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes with minimal downtime.
• Take ownership of the platform following consultant handover.
• Maintain architecture documentation, API documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable trading platform capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement of application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js, including:
  • Hooks
  • Context API
  • Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
• Strong React Native experience, including navigation, native modules, and micro-app integration.
• Strong Java 11+ development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies such as:
  • Kafka
  • RabbitMQ
  • AWS SQS/SNS
• Strong AWS experience with:
  • EKS/ECS
  • RDS
  • S3
  • Secrets Manager
