Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and commercial activities for large-scale construction projects.
• Oversee contractual obligations, claims, variations, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate contract-related activities with project stakeholders.
• Support effective contract compliance and project commercial performance.

Contracts Administrator

• Support day-to-day contract administration activities.
• Maintain contractual records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist with variations, claims, notices, and contractual procedures.
• Coordinate with project and commercial teams on contract-related matters.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities across major construction projects.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and commercial performance.
• Support cost control and financial reporting.
• Review quantities, measurements, subcontractor accounts, and project documentation.

Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare quantity measurements and cost-related documentation.
• Support project valuations, cost control, and commercial administration.

• Assist senior commercial teams with project cost management.

Procurement Engineer – Civil

• Manage procurement activities for civil and infrastructure works.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in large-scale construction projects.
