Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM / OAM / SSO Administrator to support enterprise identity and access management environments in Qatar. The role is focused on managing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and access management solutions within complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and application access across enterprise systems. Strong experience with Oracle Access Manager, SSO, Identity Federation, access policies, and OCI environments is highly valued for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Oracle Access Manager (OAM) environments.
• Manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Configure and maintain Identity Federation solutions.
• Develop and manage access policies and identity management configurations.
• Integrate enterprise applications with IAM, OAM, and SSO platforms.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues across enterprise environments.
• Manage identity and access solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
• Support secure identity and access architecture across enterprise applications and systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve identity, authentication, and authorization issues.
• Maintain a strong focus on enterprise security and identity management best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Extensive practical experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and environments.
• Experience configuring and managing Identity Federation.
• Hands-on experience with Access Policies and Identity Management.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM/OAM/SSO platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across authentication and authorization environments.
• Experience managing identity and access solutions within OCI environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise security and identity architecture.
• Strong communication, analytical, and technical problem-solving abilities.
