Job Overview

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager – MEP (Electrical) to support major construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This senior-level position is suited to an electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in MEP and electrical construction delivery and a strong background managing complex project environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting effective construction delivery, coordinating stakeholders and contractors, and ensuring electrical and MEP activities are managed effectively across large-scale infrastructure and utility projects. Strong stakeholder management, contractor coordination, and project delivery capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP and electrical construction delivery activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive professional experience in MEP and electrical construction delivery.
• Strong experience managing stakeholders and contractors.
• Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure and utility projects.
• Strong construction management and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Previous Middle East experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
