Fanar Arabian International is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its construction team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to a qualified civil engineering professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in residential construction and villa projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in site execution, finishing works, civil construction activities, technical drawing interpretation, and site coordination. The role requires strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure work progresses according to project requirements.
• Manage and monitor residential construction and villa construction works.
• Supervise finishing works and ensure proper execution of civil activities.
• Interpret and review technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and construction issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience in residential projects and villa construction.
• Proven experience in site execution and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and practices.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and site coordination.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project stakeholders and construction teams.
• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
