Job Overview

A company in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Infra Draftsman to support infrastructure and road construction projects. This opportunity is open to candidates currently available in Qatar, with preference given to professionals who can join immediately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating technical drawings related to roads, drainage systems, utilities, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. Strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications are essential for successful performance in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed infrastructure and road drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop road, drainage, and utility drawings according to project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Review engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Interpret technical requirements and translate them into accurate drawings.
• Coordinate drawings and technical information with engineers.
• Work closely with site teams to address drawing and coordination requirements.
• Update drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and revisions.
• Support project teams with required technical drafting documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in infrastructure and road drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing road, drainage, and utility drawings.
• Experience with shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination skills with engineers and site teams.
• Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
