Job Overview

A leading fit-out, joinery, and furniture manufacturing company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize its supply chain operations. The role is suited to a senior supply chain or procurement professional with 7–10+ years of relevant experience and strong industry knowledge across fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or related manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will oversee key supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, logistics, sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and cost control. The role will involve leading teams across these functions while ensuring material availability, efficient inventory planning, reliable logistics operations, and effective coordination with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier relationships.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support cost-control initiatives.
• Manage and develop supply chain teams across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.
• Plan inventory levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels, availability, and inventory control.
• Ensure materials are available to support production and project requirements.
• Manage local and international logistics operations.
• Coordinate imports, shipments, deliveries, and related logistics activities.
• Coordinate supply chain requirements with production and project teams.
• Monitor supplier and logistics performance and address operational issues.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal departments, production teams, and project stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant supply chain and/or procurement experience.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong experience in:
  • Fit-out
  • Joinery
  • Furniture manufacturing
  • Related manufacturing environments
• Proven experience across Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams across these functions.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, negotiations, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, and stock control.
• Experience ensuring material availability for production and projects.
• Experience managing local and international logistics.
• Knowledge of imports, shipments, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
• Experience coordinating supply chain activities with production and project teams.
• Strong ERP experience in procurement, inventory, and/or supply chain operations.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
