Job Overview

Supercell is seeking 4 Site Engineers – FTTH to join its team in Iraq. This position is designed for experienced field engineers with strong Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) expertise and previous site engineering experience.

The Site Engineer will work on-site, coordinate field activities, resolve technical and operational issues, and travel outside Baghdad when required for project missions. Strong field coordination and problem-solving capabilities are essential for successful performance in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate FTTH site activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate field activities to support successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate effectively with field teams and relevant project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
• Travel outside Baghdad when required for project missions.
• Ensure site activities are completed efficiently and in line with established requirements.
• Provide field updates and communicate project-related issues to relevant teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer is required.
• Solid FTTH experience is mandatory.
• Iraqi nationality is required.
• Must have a personal car.
• Strong field coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel outside Baghdad when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
