Job Overview

Foreground is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. This is a technology leadership role focused on managing IT infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, service delivery, and business continuity while ensuring reliable and secure technology services across the organization.

The IT Manager will lead technical teams, oversee Microsoft environments, cloud services, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and security controls, while also managing vendors, contracts, licensing, budgets, and technology projects. Strong stakeholder management and professional English communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, operations, and technical teams.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments.
• Manage virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
• Ensure effective IT service delivery and operational performance.
• Lead major incident management and service recovery activities.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Implement and monitor appropriate cybersecurity controls.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and technology projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align technology services with business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, service delivery, and security practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and technical teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft environments, including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Entra ID
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
• Proven experience in IT service delivery and major incident management.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and security controls.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and technology projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Professional English communication skills.
• ITIL, Microsoft, cloud, networking, virtualization, or security certifications are advantageous.
